Policies
Domestic Shipping
- US orders will be shipped
via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Air Mail
or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package and have
delivery confirmation.
- In most cases your order
will ship out 1-2 days after your payment is received. Insurance
is optional.
- All our stones are
securely wrapped in bubble wrap and are mailed in either a
bubble envelope or a sturdy box. Fragile stones are wrapped in
cotton to protect any special formations. We’ve been selling
on-line since 2002 and never had a damaged stone due to
shipping.
- If you require delivery
via a different carrier please email us for a shipping quote.
- If you place more than one
order and get double charged for shipping we will combine orders
whenever possible and refund any additional shipping charges.
Domestic Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are flat rate based on the total of your order.
- $0.01 - $25 = $5
- $25.01 - $50 = $8
- $50.01 - $150 = $12
- $150 and up = FREE
(insurance not included)
Domestic Shipping Insurance
Shipping fees are flat rate based on the total of your order.
- $0.01 to $50 = $1.70
- $50.01 to $100 = $2.15
- $100.01 to $200 = $2.60
- $200.01 to $300 = $4.60
- $300.01 to $400 = $5.55
- $400.01 to $500 = $6.50
- $500.01 to $600 = $7.45
- $7.45 plus $0.95 per $100
or fraction thereof over $600 to $5,000.
International Shipping
- Your international
purchase will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
First Class International Air Mail or Priority mail where and
when possible. First Class International Air Mail does not have
an insurance option available.
- In most cases your order
will ship 2-3 days after your payment is received.
- If you’d prefer your order
can be shipped USPS Global Express which includes Free insurance
up to $100. Please email for a shipping quote.
- We reserve the right to
request additional shipping charges if the actual shipping
charge for your order is significantly higher what you paid.
International
Shipping Charges – CANADA Only
Shipping fees are flat rate based on the total of your order.
Insurance is not available with these rates. If you require
insurance please email for the insurance and shipping rate.
- $0.01 - $25 = $5
- $25.01 - $50 = $8
- $50.01 - $75 = $12
- $75.01 - $100 = $16
- $100.01- $150 = $20
- $150.01 and up = $25

International Customers Declaration –
For international orders the customs form is marked with the ACTUAL
price you paid for the item(s) and a receipt is included with your
order. The USPS requires that their customs form not be falsified.
The instructions read "A false or misleading declaration may lead to
a fine or to seizure of the item." When you sign your name on a
customs form, you are verifying with your signature that the
information you provided is correct and valid. Sorry, but we do not
mark packages as gifts or adjust the selling price. Buyer is
responsible for any taxes incurred on your purchase.
Returns
Our return policy is very simple, if you’re not happy then we’re not
happy. We do guarantee every item we sell. If for some reason the
item arrives damaged, isn’t the correct item, or isn’t as described
and pictured please contact us for refund instructions. We do our
best to accurately detail the measurements of the stones.
