What are the shipping charges?
US orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Air Mail or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package. Please see the Policies page for detailed shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to international locations. The majority of our international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International Air Mail. This form of mail does not have an insurance option available. Please see the Policies page for detailed shipping information.

Can you change the price on the International Customers Declaration?
No we can’t do this. Please see the Policies page for detailed information.

I received my crystal and it doesn’t seem to be the right one for me. The measurements seem to be different than what’s in the listing. The crystal seemed to arrive damaged. What should I do?
It’s very simple, if you’re not happy then we’re not happy. We do guarantee every item we sell. If for some reason the item arrives damaged, isn’t the correct item, or isn’t as described and pictured please contact us for refund instructions. We do my best to accurately detail the measurements of the stones but there are no engineers or math majors here! If we’re off or made a typo on the size please just drop us a note.

Can you help me find a stone that isn’t listed on your site?
It’s very possible. I have a large inventory of crystals that are not online yet. Let me know what you’re looking and if I have it in stock I’ll send you some pictures. If it’s not in stock I’ll check with my vendors and get you a price.

Will the stone I purchase heal my physical issue?
The description of each stone is for informational and entertainment purposes only and are in no way intended to be considered medical advice, substitutions for prescription medicine, traditional or holistic medical care. Can you recommend any books on Crystals?
Oh yes, there are several books that are very informative and helpful. Here are some of my favorites:

Where do your crystals come from?
I’m very pleased to offer crystals from all over the world. This includes stones from Mexico, Brazil, India, Russia, Madagascar, Tibet, US, Afghanistan, South Africa, the Congo, China and Uruguay to name a few. I attend several shows a year and hand pick the majority of the stones I offer.

Can you use crystals to make elixirs?
Yes, crystal elixirs are wonderful! When making elixirs you must know for sure that the crystal can be put in water. Some stones contain toxic substances and are not suitable to be directly placed in water. How do I use my crystals?
That depends on the crystal and what your purpose is for purchasing that crystal. It’s not uncommon to use the crystals while meditating, in healing, energy or chakra balancing work, to make elixirs, put in your plants and gardens, grid work, decorating or in Feng Shui. Many of our customers just carry them in their pocket, tuck them in their bra, put them under the bed or on their nightstand.

Can you use more than one crystal at a time?
Yes, you can. Some crystal combinations compliment each other more than others. If you are new to working with crystals you may want to limit yourself to 2 crystals at a time since the energy may be overwhelming in the beginning.
